Okay for those who aren't familliar of the works of Jhonen Vasquez He is the creator of Invader ZIM, Johnny the homicidal manaic and so forth,

Something came to me while reading his comics. Jhonen's comics are rather morbid and Insanicc so how...just..how Did invader ZIM get classified to be a Childrens show?! It amazed me really, the morbid concept and mindless violence.

Another thing is, Even though Snapesnogger/Owlgem or Gemma wilson (how ever you recognise her as) her comic about 'Little Gem' and 'Foo' and their relationship together is very similar to that of Johnny the homicidal maniac ('Nny';) and Todd ('Squee';) from the comic Johnny the homicidal maniac Quite funny really. YOu should go check it out some time and see what I mean =D

Actually, that's why Invader Zim was canceled. It WASN'T and children's show and Nickelodeon considered the theme too dark to allow it to air anymore. And, actually, Invader Zim wasn't really all that violent. Not when you consider some of the other things we classify to be children's shows. It was just the rather dark connotations that people had a problem with.



I miss Invader Zim. :cry:
